All of our feel good printed products within the online store are specifically manufactured by our on demand print technology services, and are made bespoke for your order.
Accordingly, all of the products are manufactured to your specifications upon making the order. Once you have made an order, we are unable to replace or refund any product(s) ordered which you receive for any reason other than damage or fault.
While ordinary store-bought products can be returned because they can be resold to other customers, we do not accept returns.
For 30 days from purchase, we can offer you a refund or a replacement of your product, only if the product you have received is damaged or faulty.
If your item is damaged or faulty, please send us a photograph of the damage/fault and we will order a free replacement or process a refund for you.
We love to keep our customers happy, and so we always work at the highest level to ensure your printed feel good images, and products are of the best and highest quality.
